Delivery timelines vary depending on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Dvana is not responsible for delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Seal Condition: No returns are accepted if the seal is broken.

  • Non-Returnable: Sale items, accessories, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
    If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
    To request a return, contact us at support@dvana.store with your order number and reason for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of Dvana or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
