  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time varies by location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote locations: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times may be affected by high demand, courier delays, or weather disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 COD fee may apply (if available in your area).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure reliable delivery across India.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Undelivered Packages

If your package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
